270 tsx load?

I recently bought some 130 gr tsx's for my 270 winchester and need a starting point and a max load using Reloder 22. Also how deep do you recomend seating the tsx bullets?

Is 150 grains of Pyrodex RS equivalant to 150 grains of pyrodex pellets, or do I need to reduce the load by 15% like with the 777 ffg?
