If I were only able to hunt 1 species of animal the rest of my life it would be the elk. Followed by moose, caribou, whitetail, bear. I love to bowhunt and have taken all these animals with my bow.

Well, I'd be against it. It brings in too many needed funds for wildlife projects. Not to mention that I (living in the eastern part of the U.S.A.) could not hunt the 1 animal that I love to hunt...

I like to go around Sept. 17 to Sept. 26. I have found that the bulls seem to be most responsive to calling during this time. I have had my most success at calling them into bow range like this.
