Tikka Rifles

anyone own a tikka or have shot one? my dealer has several in and they are nice lokking guns for the price. i was looking at a wood stock .243 for 429. just wondering how they shoot

i bought a scoped beeman break action for 150. 850 fps and it has a nice wood stock and the build and accuracy is far above wal-mart guns. i think the extra money is worth it to have a rifle tha'll...

i havent had much luck with getting the tnts to group like the vmaxs. the vmax are great just destructive. the 22wmg wont do to a squirrels head what the 17 will. theres nothing left!

i have a commerical FN .270 made in belgium. it has lyman target sights. i love this gun, its beautiful. the wood is so much nicer than anything new i see these days. what a shooter and its a mauser...

i have a model 70 classic 300 win mag with a 26" barrel. with el cheapo federal ammo i can shoot 1" groups at a hunderd yds. not bad considering the gun kicks the sh@t out of ya! i love the safety...

i bought that exact gun at a gun show nib for 425 and thought i got a good deal. the 26" barrel cuts the recoil a bit too. very accurate gun and i love the model 70s 3 position safety. excellent gun....

i bought a used mini at a gun show for 400, synthetic and stainless version. its a sweet gun but for a 223 the accuracy isnt there. i was really dissapointed in the long range accuracy of the gun.

for up to 100 yds the 17 hmr is great. little pelt damge, after that the 223 is excellent and cheap to shoot. pretty much any 22 centerfire is good enough. im just partial to the 223
