I have last years black mamba. I like it quite a bit. I canshoot 60 pounds with the same arrow as I used with my 70 pound x tec and get more speed. The 6.5" brace height isn't really that badand it...

I have not had scent loc but scent blocker has a big red sticker on it that says to wash it before using.

I have done a lot of shooting of both of the APA bows. The cams on the Black Mamba are the same cams as the bowtech black knight. The black Mamba has a 6.5 inch brace height, 35"ata, and an IBO...

Yes to all your questions. And yes it is very easy to set up and tune. If you go into the website in the DSL version it shows the twister in action.

yes thearrow goes inside the metal ring (cradle). If you place the fleece that is provided on the cradle all the way around you can shake as much as you want and it won't make any noise.

Check out the APA Twister. With the supplied fleece it is totally quiet. Total containment like the WB and a dropaway.

Are you refering to the article by Norb Mullaney on page 11. If you are, it was the fastest bow AMO that he tested. The oneida was the fastest he tested but it doesn't mean there wasn't any other...

I have been using a Twister for over a year now and it works excellent. If you put the factory supplied fleece on it is very quiet.

You will have no trouble with vane clearence on the twister. When it twists down the opening is plenty big enough for any vane to pass through.

I would recommend you go with the APA twister Safari. Total containment drop away. It's easy to tune and very durable. I have had a twister for over a year now and have never had any trouble.

Yes the arrow goes through the pentagon shaped cradle. Here is a pic of the rest on a bow with the arrow in it.

Properly set up the drop away rests work great. The APA twister is a great drop away with the containment feature like the bisquit.

With the SL version I would reccommend putting the fleece on that is supplied with the rest. I don't think it could get any quietter.
