do you think damage could exsist if I'm shooting 5 shots in the 10 ring/bulleys at 40 yards? i can cover my groups with nickkles at that distance, do you think there is room for crown damage?

the .22 i own is know to be a real shooter. very capable of half inch groups at 50 yards.

Like i said, i can shoot dime sized groups at 25. If i can keep my groups under an inch at 50 i don't...

How can you tell if your barrel is round or 11 degree. my looks round... all barrels look round.

And, if i did damage my crown in anyway at all, would it immiedetly through...

I had a 3 piece aluminum rod.

How bad do you think i could have damaged it just one time cleaning? i probably put 10 different patches through and wasn't exactly super carfule. I was gentle...

Well i'm confused. i cleaned my new .22 through the muzzle and can still put 10 shots in a dime sized group at 25 yards. why didn't i damage my crown when i cleaned it. I only cleaned it once...

well i was told the other day that never clean your rifle from the muzzle with a rod.

They say that it can ruin the crown of your rifle and your accuracy will be thrown of big time.

i've been clocked twice in the nose this year. My scope sits out the the side so it hit the nose rather than the eye. Just remeber to keep the gun firm against your shoulder
