I have the TruGlo Magnum gobble dot sight on my Mossberg. It comes highly recommended for a fiber optic sight.Next season it will be wearing a Burris FastFire II. Check them out.

I like to have a crystal for long range calling but nothing beats a slate for close in calling so I carry two pot calls with me.

For a cheap choke my Primos Tightwad had patterned well in my Mossbergs. they cost about $20.00 and was a great improvement over the factory choke.

Hunting is fairly good but you have to work hard for it. Alot of land with very few roads to get to good hunting. if you can trek hills and hollars for a couple of miles you can find good hunting.

I weighted my vest and it was 8 lbs. loaded.I dont know what your flashlite weights but some of the mag lights are heavy. You might could drop the range finder. If you have problems judging distances...

I usually try to let them gobble on thier own. If they dont I will owl hoot sometimes before fly down. I have had better luck with owl hooting during the day over crow calls. We have alot of crows...
