Turkey Hunting Whether it's spring or fall doesn't matter to this bunch. Great tips on calling, bustin flocks, using blinds and more.

Default Sights for a Winchester Super X 3

My dear wife handed me the checkbook and reminded me that my Birthday would fall on our opening day of turkey season and if I really wanted a new gun, I should go ahead and get it so that it would be patterned and sighted in for the season. The dealer threw in a free Pure Gold choke tube in the deal. Well, when I got home, I installed my Tru-Glow Gobbler extreme sights onto the gun. The problem is that the front 3.5 inches of barrel at the muzzle doesn't have a gap between the bottom of t he vented rib and the barrel. I guess you could say that the area that I'm referring to is "VENTLESS RIB". Here's a pic of the barrel:

Here's a picture of my gun. It looks terrible the way that the sights are so close together.

If anyone knows where I can get a sight that doesn't have to be attached under the rib, PLEASE let me know.

God Bless,

Ray
