I dont think here is such a thing as a 9 month old finished lab.

I've seen a few champ Labs that finished their AKC Hunt tests at 10 to 12 months, but those are as rare as winning lottery...

Dusting areas will tell you where turkeys have been, but depending on the weather and how mobile the birds are...that won't give you a set indication where they'll be and when they'll be therelike...
