Superstrutter gets my vote, nice of you to step up. I think there are some people waiting to get in the contest so I don't think waiting on the no-shows is worthwhile. as for team name my choices are

You do need a captain as No-shows need to be reported pronto. We will not wait like last yr and will replace.
Captains need to check in on the Captain thread. Report names of no shows and how many - replacements will be found and a team name.
JW and or Arrowmaster can edit the Team number to indicate your team name too.
