Lets see...one is from Texas and says they have certain laws, and the other is from New York and says they have certain laws. Does anyone here understand the laws can be different between these two states?

Take for instance, here in Florida I can shoot an armed robber in the back as he is leaving and it would be ruled justified homocide (it just happened here a few days ago) but if I were to go to NY city and shoot an armed robber in the chest just at the same time he were to shoot me, I'd still go to jail.

The law varies from state to state!
