First thing you ain't my buddy. Second I already checked what you said about a PO not being able to arrest someone on a game violation and you were wrong.
You stated on the politics forum" the girl can not give her own consent if a minor even if she says yes". That's not true either age of consent is 17 in Texas.
21.11. Indecency With a Child
(a) A person commits an offense if, with a child younger than 17 years and not the person's spouse, whether the child is of the same or opposite sex, the person:
You also failed to mention:

once again you skip around the answers.the regular officer knows nothing and has been trained in nothing to do with game laws.only the game officers does that.the regular may choose to detain for questioning or investigation of game laws.he does not arrest for game laws.only the game officer files the chatges. you sure do not comprhend well.
as for the juvenile question. i very clearly stated that a juvenile female can not give consent.you are saying the age of consent is 17. under the color of the law a 17 year old female is not considered a juvenile.read the law. the one you so clearly posts says the same thing i have said several times.what this boils down to is that you have no comprehension skills.you are for sure not my buddy.more of a fuddy duudy
