mountain. Her cousin is married to a Cherokee and they have a tourist

Yes, yes!!! That is exactly the type of aneurism I'm talking about. You know, where you start calling people you don't know names and thinking violent thoughts. Thanks for being so demonstrative. Your analagy of my philosophy failed to take in to account the "residing" aspect of what I was saying, but if you traipsed on in to my house and wanted a beer, sure I'd give you one. My woman would probably beat and cuss you if you asked her though she might apreciate a little smack on the "bottom". No, I'm not on welfare. I work at least 40 hours a week for my paycheck and it's not that huge. Hunting is a pretty big expense for me and I would like to bring home some meat. I don't come from a background of landowners or hunters for that matter but I enjoy the woods more than most. I wouldn't damage anyone's property by running over their fences or gates, and would stay on the beaten path with my vehicle if it ever came to that, but I don't see how a private holding in the middle of a national forest with an absentee landlord does anyone any good.
As far as the native issue goes, kinda divergent but I guess the one who throws lead best wins, right?

This is the kind of attitude I deal with here.So its MY land but I am not there much and no sense letting it go to waste.Help yourself.I don't care if I never show up at my place. If it is mine, taxes are paid, and it is well posted/fenced then stay the heck off.

I am sick of trespassers with attitudes such as this.Oh I did'nt think anybody owned this,OOh I got lost,The owner (whatshisname) said I could hunt here.I hunted here when I was young (30 years ago) so thought it would be ok.

I have heard it all and then some.Like I said in other postings, trespass on MY land and you will have a bad day.[:@]
