Dave: Sorry you have to wait so long, and its been difficult to get what you want. [&:]
I know I'd be gettin that pic of the nice buck out and looking at the bruiser you shot with your "broken" bow.
Good luck on that February hunt. All I do in February is shovel snow.[:@]
I do have a question about the limbs themselves though. I thought Bowtech limbs were made from solid Gordon 'glass in one of the better (or the best) grade. You and others have said that they "delaminate" but aren't they solid limbs. I thought delamination was when laminated limbs (like Hoyts XT2000 or similar) failed due to the failure of the epoxy bonding the layers of the limb together. Just wondering why the failure is being described as delaminating. Sorry, I know it doesn't get your limbs to you any faster, just had a question.

I just measured my '02 Pat limbs and they look to be about 3/8 of an inch longer than the '04's and the limb fork cut width is about .040 narrower than the '04's so they won't work

Joe, Good question. And to be truthful I know not of what I speak. I was just using the word "delaminate" mimicking what I've read others on this forum use to describe the limb "splintering" as I see it.
A cracked limb, in my experience, runs the full depth of the limb. The flaw on my Pat is on the exterior surface running along the edge. (just like the pictures I've seen others post with the same problem)
Thanks for the compliment on my buck, his pictures get looked at often

So you are bitching because you have to pay $20 to get new limbs?

i believe its the camo dip that starts delaminating, at least that's what mine did. then it started picking up a little of the edge of the limb with it as it continued. the others 'cracked' about 2 inches from the limb bolt right it the center on the outside face of the limb and running parallel to the edges of the limb. when it happened was at full draw and i heard a 'tick' and felt it. the camo starting to peel from the edges wasn't felt or heard, only noticed.
