RE: Tumbling, with or without old primers

I don't like taking a chance on getting powder or dirt in my sizing die so I tumble the cases before sizing to clean them. Then after sizing and decapping I put 'em back in the tumbler to take off...

RE: how many bowhunters only do we have?

Bow only for me. I've never hunted deer with anything else. Used to hunt small game with guns, but haven't done that in 10 years. The only thing I hunt with guns now is targets! <img...

RE: "HELP"- Bushnell Yardage Pro Sport{rangefinder}

I just bought one a couple of weeks ago, and am very satisfied with it. It's accurate, and for the money I think it's a good deal. I'm using it for bowhunting, and will use it for varmints also.

I...

RE: hoyt hunter needs help

My guess is that by going to carbons you would probably get somewhere around 20fps more, depending on which carbon arrow you choose. That's a nice set-up you have, and 230fps is plenty fast for...

RE: Morning or Evening, which is better?

I Don't seem to have much luck seeing deer in the mornings, but then I never was much of a morning person anyway. I must admit that it would be nice to be able to track and field dress a deer when...

Bow season starts in a week here, and the skeeters are terrible this year. They about carried me away last week when I was checkin' stands. I picked up a bottle of "No Stinkin' Bugs" earth scent, and...

RE: Are you a DOE hunter?

You bet I'll take a doe! Like most of the others, I wont shoot a doe with young, but if she's alone she's in the freezer. Better eating than a buck, and more chances at a good shot. Once I have deer...

RE: EZ Fletch Pro & EZ Fletch Carbon

I've been using one of the original Arizona EZ Fletchs for several years. It works great. Takes a little practice to get just the right amount of glue, and closing the arms slowly, but after that...

RE: How often do you buy a new bow?

I normally trade mine in on a new one every 2-3 years. This year since I was really happy with my old bow, but still had the bug to get a new one I had my eye on, I kept 'em both. Thanks to some of...

Do you mean the module is hard to rotate around to line up the screw holes, or that the last hole on the minus side doesn't quite line up? I have the #3 versa on my HavocTec. The module rotates...

RE: Which AR-15

I'll say go with the Armalite. I have an AR-10 in .243 and really like it. It's not the "T" model, but has the stainless barrel and will shoot 1" groups at 100 yards with no problem. They're a little...

RE: BUSHMASTER AR-15

Take a look at the Armalites. I have an AR-10 in the .243 caliber. Great varmint gun, and is a heck of a lot of fun to shoot. Not a lot of recoil, and with a 3-9 scope will shoot 1" groups at 100...
