For me it depends on the stand or ground blind location.
Most of my stands work best for evenings, however I love an AM hunt before work.

Where I am hunting right now I would have to say mornings, they seem to just be starting to move right at dark. As others have said a lot of it has to do with stand locations.

I've seen plenty of deer in the morning but oddly enough, ALL of my deer have been taken in the evening. Just once, I'd like to track and field dress a deer without having to use a flashlight!! <img src=icon_smile_big.gif border=0 align=middle>

I Don't seem to have much luck seeing deer in the mornings, but then I never was much of a morning person anyway. I must admit that it would be nice to be able to track and field dress a deer when it's light out, but all the deer I've taken have been in the evening. I do hunt mornings also, but more in the evening.
