I have had the same bow for 5 years now, and I see some guys buying a new bow every year or so. How often do you buy a new bow? I like getting comfortable with a bow, and sticking to it.

3 or 4 a year sounds about right, though I do keep the ones I like for a longer period of time.

I'm with you jeff I've had my bow for about 6 years now and have know plans of changing. I like my bow, I'm comfortable with it and it works for me why change.

My current bow is 7 years old and still shoots great
but going to get a new bow in the next few weeks
that is if I can find a patriot

I have two bows now ,ones about 6 years old and the other about 4, I just ordered a new one but can't stand to part with the ones I have.

I'm with you Jeff and BBH. Not that i wouldn't mind trying different ones, I've got a PSE that does the job and probably will stick with it for awhile.
If I happen to come into a large amount of cash I don't know what to do with...We'll never mind, My wife will know what to do with it.

I normally trade mine in on a new one every 2-3 years. This year since I was really happy with my old bow, but still had the bug to get a new one I had my eye on, I kept 'em both.
