I don't know about clobex but tecnu skin cleanser works for me,don't cost very much,2 oz for $6.00,cvs or walgreen drug stores have this,first thing i do when i catch the rash,wash with good old soap...

cracked limbs

The only thing that help me from stinking after sweating i wash with baking soada and water before i go hunting,that is the only thing that works to eliminate odor.
