i own a diamond triumph, got it in 07 been...

i own a diamond triumph, got it in 07 been shooting it since. havent even thought of a new bow. super smooth draw, quiet, and reasonably quick.

I would have to say a complete pass through... something about seeing your arrow soaked in the red stuff, and not to mention the blood trails you can get from a pass through.

Duck Confit is the best.. cut the breasts out and leave all the fat on them and score the fat really good then throw it into a hot saute' pan until all the fat is rendered and lower the heat and cook...

cut out arteries and soak the heart in water to get the blood taste out. then stuff with stove top stuffing and chopped onions wrap in foil and throw in the fire (bed of coals) eat like that or slice...
