Long Practice ??????

Well it is for both reasons, i love shooting that much and if you find a way of shooting that makes you accurate then you should repeat that style over and over again so that it basicly becomes second nature. Practice makes perfect and repetition forms into muscle memory so that you are dead on every time.

Certainly it's not a good idea to just suddenly up and shoot for 2+ hours without building up to it. But over a long period of time, one can go from a 15 minute to 30 minute session, then to 45, and so on. Stamina does build up this way ifdone properly and consistently.

One type of competition several of my friends and I shoot in is called a 900 round, where 90 arrows are shot over 3 different distances. To gear up for the competitions, we fairly often shoot a whole round at my place and it easily takes 2 hours. Mind you, a lot of that time is spent working back and forth to the target butt, which is up to 60 yards away.

well i shop 4 about that long. i mean i dont need to, i just do it for fun.I like to shot, but i switch from my compound and my traditonal bow.
