I havnt bow hunted since I moved to FL (2 1/2 years) Im going back up to WV to bow hunt in Oct. I got the fever the first fall that I lived in FL and it never went away becauseI havnt yet got the chance to relieve it!

I've tried to cover everything I can, scent, location, scouting,camo, smell, equipment, and practice! Don't get me wrong, a big bull or mule deer and I'm happy, but just to experience the hunt and all the fun I've already had is great! Come on August the 25th!!!

Congratulations Chris! Welcome to the great sport of bowhunting! Soak up all the information you can on here.
I am getting pumped for bow season, but am busy scouting at the moment. I finally caught sight of a Booner last night, easily 150-160 already. I have spotted 5 other 120-130 class bucks already as well. I will be trying to get a pattern on the Booner, and see how big he gets.
Good luck this season, and make sure to post stories and picsof your hunts.

Pumped! I just got my bow back from the shop and I've done some serious scouting. In the last three weekends I've covered many miles.

Oh man, ive had it! Ive been keeping busy doing stands, putting out cameras and working to help pass the time. Ive also been watching hunting videos which just makes it worse! [:@]Cant wait till September!!!

I have been out of the country for the last month but the last couple of days it has really set in. i am gonna get my cameras out tomorrow and see whats out there
