I shoot trap regularly weekly, except for hunting season. I am a 20-22 average shooter. I shot one round today and hit 22. Only I don' t shoot a 12 ga. I shoot a 20 gauge, with 7/8 ounce of shoot. But I shot a 12 ga for many years. If you have some questions ask I' ll be happy to answer. bob[8D]

I shoot once or twice a week. I am in two leagues and my high score is a 25, but my average is probably about a 22 or 23. I shoot reloaded shells. I shoot light loads with 1 oz of shot. We have a high school league that I am in so that gives me an oppurtunity to shoot alot. Does anyone elses county have a high school league?

I used to shoot trap during the summer, was in a Jr. league, and tried out for the Jr. Olympic shooting team. I haven' t shot trap in close to 10 years now. I used 12ga with reloads. Averaged 20 and had a 17yrd hanicap. Wish I could afford to do it these days. I' ll answer any questions that I can fo you, if I don' t know the answer, I can ask my granddad. He was the president of the ATA several years ago and knows all the rules and what not.

Me and my friends get together and 2 shooters go at it. taking turns shooting, 5 shots total. whoever hits the most outa 5 clays wins. Its pretty fun we use the throwers from wal-mart and cheap single shot break open 12 gauges. Only done it a few times but its a BLAST.
