Default Deer Camp Rules

Just wondering what rules or bylaws commonly used on hunting ground where there are multiple owners. I recently joint puchased a farm and wanted to lay down some ground rules.

depends on what you are wanting to get from your property! then find out what your partners are wanting to get from the property! if you guys just want meet then there isnt much nedded for rules, just shoot safe and be safe! if you guys are wanting to start doing some QDM then you need to talk to them about what can b e shot and what to let walk! key is to find out what they are wanting to get out of the property, and work from there! good luck, and good hunting!!!!

It would have been best if the potential owners would have had a meeting and ironed out all the rules BEFORE you bought the land. I hope it works out, but there is a chance that there may not be an easy agreement.

"Camp" and owners are 2 different pigs.

For us, lowest man on the totem pole digs the first toilet pit.

So this year its a round at the local pub per each occurance we find them in the driveway.
Needless to say I am buying a pack of Marlboro lights and light them up for awhile and throw them out

One of the first things you should decide is how many family members and friends each owner can bring.

I couldn't agree more, we didn't do this and now it's starting to become a problem, one guy this year is bringing 4 people, another 3.

Not a rule but a suggestion... never breathe through your nose while in the outhouse. Not a good thing.
