Default How to tenderize turkey meat?

I was just wondering about some of the different ways you have had success with tenderizing your turkey meat before cooking it?

usually we just, season the sliced breast, put into a ziplock wiyh a little zesty Italian salade dressing for overnight.no other needed tenderizing.if you feel it needs more, just lay between plastic wrap and pound a little.

as for the rest of the bird ; we put it in a crock pot for overnight, then cook with rice, onions and seasoning for dressing.[:-]

Never found it necessary to tenderize. I slice and fry the breast as is. Or put it on the ol' George Foreman grill.
