Turkey Hunting Whether it's spring or fall doesn't matter to this bunch. Great tips on calling, bustin flocks, using blinds and more.

A sharp one.

But seriously thats a good question. This will be the first year im going with the bow and im going to use the same broadheads that I use for deer. Muzzy 3 Blade 100gr. Im sure that anything will do the trick though.

Your broadheads that you use on a deer will work on a turkey. Just like on any game[ Hit them in the kill zone ].

Make sure you get a good solid hit with a typical fixed broadhead. I have read several cases where the turkey got up and took off running after the arrow passed through. The turkeys run for long, long distances and it is very hard to find them. I think I would use a mechanical for bow hunting turkeys. I own a bow, put haven't used it for turkey hunting...only deer hunting. The extent of my knowledge is only what I have read...
