RE: Broadheads
Make sure you get a good solid hit with a typical fixed broadhead. I have read several cases where the turkey got up and took off running after the arrow passed through. The turkeys run for long, long distances and it is very hard to find them. I think I would use a mechanical for bow hunting turkeys. I own a bow, put haven't used it for turkey hunting...only deer hunting. The extent of my knowledge is only what I have read...
