Well, with handloads, I am now getting below.75 MOA w/ a muzzle vel. of between 2865-2890. It appears to like the 139gr SST's moreso than a few others I've tried.
Factory ammo settled down a bit...

A lot of folks are very happy with the Stevens 200, which I am one of them. Very accurate, reasonably well made rifle for a low price, normally around $265-$300 new. Seen a few for sale in the forums...

Watch the scope bases, Savage's have 2 different styles. Older models used round fore and aft bases where the newer has one that's flat. So pick carefully when shopping or that bargain/close-out...
