I shoot a very similar rifle as the original poster...except a Sako Finlight in a .300 WSM caliber. Does it kick, sure, but not to the point that I'd ever think about selling it. It's a real tack...

If the ride is getting tough, just get off and lead the horse with the reigns in your hand and walk a good stride...guide will probably do this at times himself.

Otherwise, many good suggestions...

This one too hit at boatside, but as soon as I set the hook, she came completely out of the water...three times, before a long power dive. I can't wait for open water and to start chasing again...

A few of my bigger muskies taken the past couple seasons. These were all +/- a "tick" from the 50" mark. Bigger and smaller.

Peep will not open completely

The string loop (release loop) on my bow seems to twist and has inconsitencies in staying in a fixed position. It's a new loop, and as tight as I can possibly get it?

Any suggestions?

They're actually talking about a hunt for them here in WI within the next two years. Cattle and dog kills have be spiraling upwards here, and "maybe" someone finally woke up.

Man, that is up close and personal!!!!!!!!!!!! I saw this exact hunt no more than a few nighs ago on The Outdoor Channel. The bull was dead just on the other side of the trees they panned past.
