I use a Zeiss Diavari Z 3x12x56 and it is by far the finest scope I have ever looked through..I don't know of another that has as good low light gathering ability as it does.

How about two guns to handle anything? 30.06 has so many weights and types of bullets available it is ridiculous you can use 65 gr for varmits or 200 gr for elk. If you want some sho nuff down range...

I spoke w/ a gun smith that owns both a .300 RUM BDL and a sendero .338 RUM and he said the .300 with a muzzle brake has more recoil than the .338 sendero Without !!Granted, The Sendero is more money...

Do yall think going w/ the Senduro version would be worth the extra money as far as performance goes? It weighs more, has a heavier barrel and a little tougher stock compared to the BDL SS SYN....
