Most cycle batteries are 12volt don't use them unless you want to fry your cam.you can buy 6 volt tractor batteries from most auto parts stores but the weight makes them a pia to lug around.

I've been using a kids power wheels 6 volt battery on mine holds a charge for a long time and cheap only 32 bucks for 2 on e-bay.

We have no mast here this year so the deer aren't in their usual spots .
My favorite hardwood ridges are devoid of deer. They are all around the fields and in the slash .

Jonsey I have a friend who went to a place up north last year boar hunting shoot as many as you like pay by the pound.

In nh we get 3 full months sep15 thru dec 15 to bow hunt. The state shouldn' t have to mandate common sense .

Hi all.I left the house at 6am was back for coffee at 7am. Took an eight point weighted in at 157# not the deer i was after but I can still bow hunt almost another month.

Nice area nhten . My dad used to have a camp on newfound lake I've done a little hunting around there myself years ago.Got soaked down here this morning it rained hard till about 11 am.

Hi Jimmy. I've seen as many as 8 deer under my tree stand this year, all does with twins. The deer are heavy into the acorns now and just starting to scrape in area h. It should be a good year.

ORB I don't know about the southeastern part of the state (nh) but the lower connecticut river valley has a lot of birds.About a 2 hour drive to lexington from here.

New Hampshire is 100.50 for a non-resident license and turkey tag. I think vermont is about the same. Both have good turkey populations but vermont has a lot of posted land.

Chris is right anchor your thumb around your neck it will square your face up to the target.You never realise how much of an angle your looking at till you try to shoot with glasses, keep at it...
