1. Do you need a scale or will the Lee dippers work well enough?

I have used a LK-93 for years, and love it. I shoot 260 grain Knight sabots and 90 grains of Pyrodex Select.

Look into a rifle/starter kit. I think it comes with everthing you need but powder. There's a video in the kit that explains everthing. Pyrodex Select is my propellant of choice.
