I use a 270Win with 130 gr Winchester Power Points. They shoot very good through my gun and the good thing is they are 12.99 a box!!!

Okay, in three of the PA deer seasons:
.50 caliber 240gr .452 Rainier Ballistics hollowpoint in sabot using inline rifle (early any muzzleloader season)
30-06 150gr Speer HotCor flat tip bullet, flatter the better (general season)
.50 caliber 320gr REAL maxi bullet (late flintlock only season)
