i'm curious as to what you guys will all be using this fall for deer. this shouldn't turn into a debate as to which is better. just post up what u will be using for deer.
i'll be using
7mm rem mag, hornady custom ammo, 162gr boat tail spire point with interlock.
post what caliber, what bullet weight and what kind of bullet design u'll use this fall.
cheers

I will proably use my 25-06 /100 gr or 243win /85gr for deer and 300win /180 gr or 45-70 / 300 gr for elk . I have others calibers this is just what I prefer to use . Most of them will be Barnes xlc bt bullets .

I think I will go with Nosler Partitions this year. 100 grainers out of the 243 and 140s out of the 7mm-08. I don't know if I will break out the 300 this year, but if I do I will be using up the 150s I have left before I go to 165s.

This fall I'll use a .308 with Federal Premium 150 grain soft points. Last fall I mainly used a 7mm Rem. Mag. with Federal Premium 150 grain SPBT but carried a 7.62x39 with Remington 125 soft points for kicks a couple days.
