Yes, you may pay more, but at-least your money stays local.

I use a Gator® folding drop point, but the blade is made with CM-154 and not 400 Series stainless steel like the new ones.
I've skinned at least 4 deer with it, and it hasn't lost its edge.

Like the size, size of screen, buttons have the words printed on them, not symbols.
Screen resolution is better than others.
