RCBS Customer Service

Well, in the last three months, I have been very glad that I buy quality equipment. The first was in April when I needed a part from Leupold for my binoculars. It got sent right away, no questions asked. Most recently was today.
I was reloading for my .45 ACP, when I was having trouble getting a case to go into the Carbide Die from RCBS. I made sure the case was aligned, and pushed the case up one more time. It went in very rough, and when I pulled the case out, the primer was still in it!!! So, I took the die out, and upon closer inspection, found that I some how bent the entire rod that the decapping pin is on!! I then promptly called RCBS. I told the lady I bent then entire rod for my .45 ACP resizing die, and she took my name and address, and said it would be in the mail, no cost to me, no questions asked!!
Needless to say, I was very glad I have RCBS equipment. This is the first time in the 2 1/2 years that I have had the reloading equipment that I have had to use them, (customer service), and I am happy with the experience!!

Charlie Brown I share your experiences with RCBS.The couple dealings I've had with them proved they are a great company to do business with. Some time back a store was closing up. Everything marked way down.I bought a set of RCBS Scale weights. All sales final. When I got home with it I discovered the smallest weight was missing.I called RCBS asking if I could buy the weight I was missing. I explained that I bought it at a going out of business sale and didn't realize it at the time.Just like you they wanted my name and address. In less then a week I had the replacement at No Charge.
Yes sir buddy they know how to treat their customers.

I too have had to call on RCBS for spare parts. Over the years, they have sent me countless decapping pins and rods. I have an RCBStumbler that I work the dog out of that's 25+ years old. Burned the motor out of it finally and called them topurchase anothermotor so I could replace it. No questions asked, they asked me to send it in and they replaced the motor free. I called them because the lid on the tumbler was cracked and warped from use over the years and again, they sent one, no questions asked. You wonder why 99% of my equipment is RCBS? They take care of their customers! Why would I give my money anywhere else?
