That makes you part of the problem instead of being part of the solution. because you have no concern about your neighbors and are only concerned about having easy deer hunting, the PGC will increase doe tag allocations in order to solve the problems you created for your neighbors.

well if they do that they will make more money ,be good for them, and people cannot kill the deer if they are not there. Doesnt really matter thou most neighbors do NOT DOE HUNT. They have the bluebird theory that there isnt any deer anyway.

All of us but the all knowing "Blue bird" are contributing to the problem, some want to many and some want to few but the ever wise little bird is the only one who knows the hidden answers to PA deer numbers.

Now if he would guide us unknowing to the true meaning of proper deer numbers in our great state.

Gotta ask BB what is the right number of deer oh say dpsm ?

Off topic oh wait we have been anyway doing a little walking or should i say climbing the mountain I have noticed that acorns did extremely good , downside some of the apple trees got frost a little late and no apples.

I actually have three apple trees that are dieing from a freeze we got on June 1 and second 25 - 26 degrees for two days burnt them bad.

As for acorns we have some too, even the pin oaks are covered. I'm sure Blue bird will have a problem with to many acorns killing off something.

That depends on what the individual property owner determines based on his personal individual goals. for DCNR it is around 8 DPSM and for deer farm operators it may be 50 DPSM and for a dairy farmer or truck farmer it may be 5 to zero DPSM.

My only apple trees that have apples are the ones in the woods.
The old orchard doesnt have a apple in site. No apple wine or cider this year i guess.

The white acorns are good around here this year, But about all have them that i have seen.

LMao bb here in the northeast you cant find a dairy farmer that wants few or no deer.
I havent seen any truck farms around thou so maybe them i dunno
Do they milk them ? Never had a truck give milk . Well maybe had a few get water in oil and it looks milky but thats a bad thing. I'd never drink it either thou

Its nice to see the little bird keeps his options open to criticize any one happy with their own deer hunting.

And to ensure a long and prosperous flame war with the PGC.
