Does clinton lake have turkeys on the property? I have deer hunted there and never seen turkeys around. If so can u hunt them?

According to the spring turkey permit application, Clinton Lake is open for turkey season. You can apply online at the Illinois DNR website I've linked here. There are some turkeys but not a lot. I usually only see them when we're bowfishing and they're roosted in the trees up in some of the coves.

I bow hunt there ALOT, only seen a handfull of turkeys, not very many.
