Just got a call from Snuffy, He took his grandaughter over to Clinton lake today. He said conditons were terriable, first the water is green, and you could not see at all. Plus being a Sunday the boat traffic was horrendous. Was even choppy in the coves. To make is simple, he never boated a fish. Said that they did not see 20 fish and only had 10 shots, of which his grandaughter shot most of. You know it's bad when Snuffy gets skunked.

Very true. I've shot with the man, and he's got eagle eyes for spotting fish.

K and I were out there on the 4th (at night)and the water was pretty murky and green. We were out for around 4 hours and only brought home 18 carp and 1 bullfrog. [:-]

What was interesting was that there wasn't a boat around anywhere. We seemed to have the entire lake to ourselves.
