So far I like what I bought. I purchased multiple hooks for making permanent locations and then use the cranford screw in steps for those trees after I climbed and hung the strap with the climbing sticks. I love those lone wolf climbing sticks too. I don't care for their harness system though...a real pain to put on and to use the linemans belt system. I have not mastered getting up a tree quickly with the sticks so if anyone has some tips...please pass them on. Also can't seem to attach the sticks to the stand the way they say it can be done.

Chippewa Wedge loc's are the best I've seen! Many different sizes and combo's. Lightweight and strong.
Yes these are the best I have used and I test products all the time. Many different styles and seat heights. These are the best barring none. I like the ghost for short hunts or when I'm scout hunting the same day. This stand weights in at 8 Lbs. perfect for packing in with a dozen or so steps in the pack. There loc-on system is perfect for the hunter who hunts multiple locations with just one stand. For the average guy or the profestional hunter they can't be beat.

I like to buy the cheapest hang ons i can find which are usually about 30 bucks and the 20 ft ladders that are 40 bucks. Then i can buy multiple stands and have many to choose from that are already set and ready to hunt. But then i also use my summit climber (very lightweight and easy to set up).
