Thanks for the tip Stubble. That just might be the best way to go when investing so much in the firearm and time to set it up...

Sorry further to the gunboot talk, I too have seen problems that Stubble speaks of. I fill the lower portion of my boot with high density foam then wrapped it in duct tape and placed a pull string to remove(allows me to change the fillerfordifferent barrel size). In doing such the force is on the barrel not the scope and I have never experienced a problem, shift, etc in many years of koplin boot use. Just an ideafor those who have boots already!
