New to Crossbows...Help Please

Update...I got the new limb today from Barnett...Still the same problem....I marked the string center after measuring it at rest. I sent the whole thing back to Barnett...I hope they fix it or give me a new one....

I marked the string center
This is one of those deals where a picture is worth a 1000 words, lol. I have a few questions:
Did you mark the center of the serving, or the edges where it sat on rail at rest?
Assuming the edges is your answer, [correct one, center is useless]could you not get those marks to show up equal on the rail when cocked? Bear in mind they won't be in exactly the same place when cocked as that would put them inside the edge of the rail due to string angle change, but what we/you are looking for here is the marks to be in the same position on each side of the rail.
