Thanks for all the help. I used the locater and found a dealer within driving distance. I plan on trying all the crossbow brands everyone talks about but the Acudraw seems to be the way to go considering his physical shape at this point.

I think that basserman was confuse. There is a compound with a drawlock on it that locks it in the full draw I'm not for sere what it is called I see it OLN from time to time.

theres one called the drawlock 24 and I think not for sure that the drawlock can be mounted on most any compound bow..

Basserman: Got it, thanks! My puter [all $150 worth] does strange things to me all the time. Told galpal that talked me into this last Dec. I would spend this much and no more, so I could take a 12 guage to it at any point in time. In other words, I got this puter for her, dang good trade, as it turns out, lol
