Default RE: Feet cold

The coldest day I ever bowhunted in was 8 degrees whenI left the truck.

Usually 20's is about the coldest I will see but there are times it gets colder.

My feet used to get cold in 40 deg weather because of the moisture but putting on dry socks in the stand has eliminated that problem.

don't use to many big layers. your skins need to be able to breath. and if you wear to many layers your feet will start to sweat then the cool air will make it worse. a good boot with a good rating is the starting point. a good wool sock with a liner is the next step. and make sure your feet aren't cold when you put everything on. then all you will do is trap the cold air. Both Ducks unlimited and realtree have good sets of wool and liners.
