My answer to this quandry is:
It depends on which piece of land I am on. On the farm they are vermin, to be shot on site, that is what the farmer wants.
In the "BIG WOODS" there is an eight or better rule that I put into order. It's hard but it works. I let five bucks pass my first evening in, the best was a wide/tall six pointer. But he walked as the rule says eight or better.
Ether way my freezer is full.
