I don't like the work idea for one reason, the farmer will end up taking up the rest of my hunting/scouting time with work, and I won't be able to hunt. I give meat in return for hunting, I don't tell them that, but when I harvest a deer I will give some steaks, jerky, and ground venison, with a picture of my kill, that always regains me permission for the next year.
