Default Summit climber question

Can someone tell me if the Summit climbers can be packed easily with the sidebags? In Matt' s review he states that hard items need to be removed from the front bag. Is this the case with the sidebags also?

Yes they can be packed with the side bags attached.....the platform when packed up fits INSIDE the frame of the seat section.
You might want to run another sinch strap around the entire stand and over the bags if they are going to be left full because they will flop around pretty good as you walk if you have anything heavy in them like binos etc and they will bounce.

yah- if full the side bags do flop around but i just use a small bungee cord and wrap the bag up tight to the frame and bungee it so it doesnt flop around
