Default Bowtech customer support

Kudos to Bowtechs customer support department. The quick detach mechanism on my Diamond quiver broke this past weekend. I sent an e-mail through their website to find out how to get a replacement part. They replied with a phone number for me to call, two minutes later I have a replacement part on the way, no charge. No wonder that their products are so well liked, its nice to know that if there's a problem it'll get fixed without having to deal with a huge hassle.
