Default muzzy customer support

I bought some muzzy phantoms this weeken. While testing, One went all the way thru my target and struck the barn behind it. While I was pulling it out the main blade pulled out and broke. All of this was my fault. I should of shot at a different spot on my target, should of pulled it out different. Well I called muzzy and they said a new one is on the way, and if I could please send the broke one. This was after I explained how it was all my fault.

I just wanted to say, That I have shot muzzy bh's for along time and love their product. Their customer service department is top notch.

It's nice to see that companies stand behind their products.

Muzzy is a good company to deal with.Last year I had purchased some new broadheads and the blades that came with them were terrible. Not sharp and seemed unusually brittle. Just as in your case I contacted them and they sent out new blades without hesitation.

That's good to hear.
I just installed my new Muzzy 100g 3-blades this week.
This will be my first season hunting with any of their products.

I've heard good things, love their fishing points, and wanted to give the BH's a try.
Only had trouble spin testing one out of the 6 I bought, and it turned out to be a bad insert, not the head. They tuned up well with no adjustments being needed after I got the bare shafts flying right.

Glad to hear Muzzy's service is a as good as their products seem too be.

Also saw this recently...
