I always got through to them. My problem was to get them to do the work the right way.
i sent in my lock to be repaired,that was on jan 24th.

i did not call, just a note why it is breaking my flints badly.

lets see how long it takes to get answer or get it back repaired or not repaired.

in past, they helped me a lot, i bought 3 hawkins .50 cal from them over years.

lets see what happens and i will report on it.

well, got my lock back today feb 3rd from THOMPSON.

SENT IN ON JAN24 TH.

that is service

they even thru in new german flint/leather,they are expensive and 4 thimble screws.

thompson has treated me great for 38 years i have dealt with them.
