I'm not married anymore, but my ex did come out in the field with me every now and then. Mostly to scout or fish. She always thought it too cold. I prefer hunting with somebody else just incase something happens. It's also nicer to have help dragging a deer out.

If it wasn't for my boy Keaton, my hunting would be solo all the time. I should say that my stepson Matthew has gone, but he doesn't have the passion. My wife has no desire to go with me at all. That is very sad. The mountains have so much to offer, she doesn't like camping much either.

i'm rarely alone when i hunt. My daughter is usualy with me when I'm hunting as well as my dad. My wife is not quite the outdorrs person but she was with me this past deer season when i got my doe. My daughter will actually hunting Dove this next season. I'm buying her a youth remington .20 gauge. her nor her mom know this yet. Its a family tradition to hunt as a family.
