Thanks HunterOpel, it is supose to cool down drastically here too. Something like a 15 degree temp. difference from now until tomorrow. Maybe it will get them stirred up and moving around. I have been passing on some does lately but, i think tomorrow anything will be fair game.

RE: 3-Official Team The Ruttin Rebels Thread
WOW!!! What a special day for me!! Earlier this year I decided to take my 5 yearold son hunting a time or 2 this year. I wasnt sure how he would act being an impatient kid. But we got into the blind a half hour before shooting hours so we could be ready when legal hours came. Just as we get settled and ready to wait till sun up, he says,,"I have to pee." So I pull the extremely loud zipper and let him do his business. I figured after all the noise we made, we were in for a day of seeing nothing but chipmunks. I was wrong. I decided to pass some time by reading through the hunting regulation book. I read half a page and scanned the woods. Theres a doe!! I told my son not to move, be very quiet and watch the deer. Once she reached a clear opening 15 yards away I let the arrow fly. I marked the last spot I saw her and gave her 20 minutes (I knew it was a perfect shot). I found the first spot of blood then it turned into a blood highway!! I have never had this heavy of a blood trail before. I walked about 75 yards where she lay, to find a doe standing not 2 feet from her. I was so happy he was with me to witness this. I told myself that if he was with me and I saw a nice doe, I would take her. Now I have an antler tag to fill.
